After numerous attempts at starting this blog, I’ve decided the only way forward is to just crack on with it and keep it simple. In the spirit of this philosophy, I guess my first task should be to define the purpose of this blog, but first some context.
My love for cake design began when I started to research designs for my own wedding cake. Ten years later, I have my own growing cake design business started whilst 8 months pregnant with my second child.
I have met and spoken with many brides who are overwhelmed, or don’t know where to start when it comes to deciding on their cake for their big day. To make things even more complicated, there are now cupcakes, mini cupcakes, cake pops and naked cakes to throw into the mix!
With this blog I hope to provide useful information for brides like you, who are starting their search for their perfect wedding cake.
Each post will focus on a specific question, topic or product and aim to provide you with what you need to know in order to make informed decisions.
